  • 3. Book Your Service

    Once you accept your quote, we’ll schedule your cleaning date. Your appointment is fully confirmed once the service agreement is signed and the booking deposit is paid.⁠

  • 4. Enjoy Your Clean

    I’ll arrive as scheduled and complete your clean based on the plan we confirmed. You’ll come home to a fresh, sparkling space.

Pricing: Starting at $200 + HST weekly / $220 + HST biweekly (up to 5 hours on-site)*

    • 1 rotating detail focus (as time allows)

Monthly Clean

Perfect for: Lighter-traffic homes or periodic upkeep

Monthly visits are a bigger reset because there’s more buildup between appointments. Essentials come first, then detail work if time allows.

Pricing: Starting at $225 + HST per visit (up to 5 hours on-site)*

    • General reset/tidy so the home feels consistently maintained

    • Detail work only if time allows (varies based on buildup)

Deep Clean

Perfect for: A fresh start, seasonal reset

Deep cleans are booked in 5-hour visits and built around your priorities. Some clients want an all-around reset to get back to baseline, while others want to use the time on a few high-impact detailing projects.

Pricing: Starting at $250 + HST per 5-hour visit*

Full checklist: Provided with your estimate.

    • Choose one of two options:

      • General reset: bring the home back to baseline

      • Special-focus deep clean: I spend the session focused on the detailing projects you care about most

    • Either option may take 1+ visits depending on the home’s size, buildup, and priorities
